If you’re not under the care of a clinician, (and I know many people who suffer from depression, anxiety, c-PTSD etc who are not) or if you’re tired of talking and don’t feel like you’re getting anywhere, stick with me.
I won’t ever suggest that you try anything that could be harmful to you. My aim is not to cause further pain, but to help you to build the confidence and self esteem to move forwards into the life you want.
